First while you are interviewing us we will be listening and asking you questions. Everyone’s needs are different. During this interactive assessment specific variables associated with your job will become evident. Variables include but are not limited too; History of the carpet, Use of space, Environmental requirements, Previous maintenance and budget.

Second we will evaluate the program components: Preventative Maintenance, Appearance/Interim Cleaning or Restorative Deep Cleaning.

Third we will assign specific method categories of cleaning to your account. This would include the mechanics and cleaning chemistry. Some methods we will combine to create systems of cleaning that can achieve optimum results specific to your facilities needs. Examples of this would include; Water extraction, Adsorbent/Absorbent compounds, Dry soil removal, encapsulants, etc.
