Upholstery is pre-vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned. We don’t cut corners and inspect every possible angle and corner as well as hard-to-reach areas.

The next step is to apply a protectant so the upholstery will resist future stains and spills. When cleaning is done, frames and other non-upholstered surfaces receive a vigorous wiping.

Leather Upholstery Care

Leather is a delicate fabric and needs to be handled by experts. It tends to wear out and crack easily. ECO Interior Maintenance has been cleaning and maintaining leather for over 20 years. We have perfected our cleaning and re-nourishing process, giving you leather that feels smooth and supple. Like fabric chairs, we also give the non-leather surfaces of your furniture a vigorous rubbing and wiping down.

Fabric Wall Coverings / Work Station Panels

These are also pre-vacuumed to remove embedded dry particulates and dust. Hand-cleaning is the next step using a dry foam shampoo to keep the glue and fabric intact.
